Select Goodwill Retail Stores Re-opening in Early June!

Following statewide and regional directives from Delaware and Pennsylvania regarding the safe reopening of retail stores, Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County is preparing to reopen 11 retail stores in Delaware on June 1, and three in Delaware and Delaware County, PA on June 5. We’ve implemented comprehensive health and safety protocols for the well-being of our team members, donors, shoppers, clients, and vendors. These include:

  • no contact donating at our donation centers,
  • frequent cleaning of all high-touch surfaces,
  • limiting the number of shoppers and staff inside the store,
  • participation in the Delaware Division of Small Business’ COVID-19 Customer Protection Standards program.

Monday – Saturday from 10 A.M. – 6 P.M. and Sundays from Noon – 6 P.M.

Special shopping hours for senior and at-risk populations are Wednesdays from 10 A.M. – 12 P.M.

Monday – Saturday from 9 A.M. – 6 P.M. and Sundays from 12 P.M. – 6 P.M.

Stores opening June 1
Bridgeville, Claymont, Dover (Gateway), Dover (Rodney Village), Fox Run, Kirkwood, Middletown, Milford, Millsboro, Newark, and our Outlet in New Castle.

Stores opening June 5
Our Concord (PA), Upper Darby (PA), and Smyrna (DE) stores. 

Our donation centers in Hockessin (DE), Lea Blvd. (DE), Llanerch (PA), MacDade (PA), are operating no-contact donation drop-offs Monday – Saturday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Sunday 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.
