WILMINGTON, DE – Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County, a leading 501(c)(3) non-profit and provider of workforce development services, announces its newly-elected Board officers for 2021-2022.
Susan Chu, Global Head of Total Rewards at Third Bridge Group Ltd. Susan has been elected to serve as Chair of the Board.
Keith M. Hammond, CPA, Partner at BDO USA, LLP was elected as a Vice Chair.
Robin McKinney-Newman, Deputy Director, Delaware Workforce Development Board, was elected as a Vice Chair.
Tish Anshen, Divisional Analyst at WL Gore and Associates was elected as Board Treasurer.
Richard E. Dudek, Jr., Partner at Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties. Richard is elected to a fourth term as Board Secretary.
“Goodwill thanks our out-going Board Chair, Marvin Hargrove for his two years of service as Board Chair and seven total years of service on the board of directors,” said Colleen Morrone.
Incoming Board Chair Susan Chu commented, “It is an honor to begin my term as Chair of Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County’s Board of Directors in this milestone year of their centennial anniversary. I look forward to helping Goodwill refine its existing strategy to prepare the organization to serve Delaware and Delaware County for another 100 years.”
In March of this year, Goodwill of Delaware welcomed five new members to its’ volunteer board of directors:

Luke Rhine, Director, CTE and STEM Initiatives at the Delaware Department of Education
Lauren Russell, Attorney at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor
Karl Stukis, Chief Experience Officer at Diamond Technologies
Kalimah White, Vice President, Senior Trust Advisor, Delaware at TD Bank
