Wilmington, DE, March 31, 2026 – Goodwill of Delaware & Delaware County, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is actively hiring for a range of retail positions across its Delaware County stores, including Aston, Chadds Ford, Holmes, Lansdowne/Upper Darby, and Swarthmore.

With a starting wage of $15.25 per hour for entry-level roles, Goodwill is seeking candidates for frontline retail positions as well as experienced professionals interested in team lead, assistant store manager, and store manager opportunities.

April 9 Hiring Event in Swarthmore
To connect directly with candidates, Goodwill will host an in-person hiring event on Thursday, April 9, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at its Swarthmore store, located at 725 S. Chester Road.
Candidates are encouraged to explore open positions online in advance and attend the event to meet members of the Goodwill team and participate in same day interviews. Walkins are welcome. Job offers may be extended on the spot so job seekers are encouraged to bring their Social Security Card and State-issued identification.
