The only requirement for this work is that candidates are ready, willing, and able to work for their pay!

Participants will work one-on-one with a Family Resource Coordinator who will help guide and assist you in the following areas: Employment, Education, Transportation, Financial Literacy.

The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) provides paid, part-time work experience for eligible persons in New Castle County. Delaware Residents living in other Counties can head to this link to find the administrators of SCSEP where they live!
As well as fully subsidized employment opportunities, this program also provides participants with supportive services, training workshops, and help with finding long-term employment.
