Build Confidence with Artificial Intelligence (AI)

AI is changing the world of work.

The Opportunity Hub helps people adapt and upskill their careers by learning how to use AI and gain certification.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Understand how AI can support your work and your career

The Opportunity Accelerator® 

The Opportunity Hub is the home of Goodwill’s signature workforce development model — the Goodwill Opportunity Accelerator® — a simple, supportive process that helps you move from where you are to where you want to be. 

1. Assess & Plan

Identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and create a personalized career plan with your Navigator. 

2. Equip & Collect

Gain skills, take courses (including AI training), build your résumé, strengthen your digital capabilities, and connect with employers and training partners. 

3. Launch & Elevate

Apply for jobs, prepare for interviews, start work, and stay supported as you grow. We’ll help you chart progress and adjust your plan along the way.

Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County, Inc. was awarded a U.S. Department of Labor Community Projects Grant in the amount of $1,128,000. Goodwill Connect and the Opportunity Hub redesign was completed at a total cost of $491,580. Of that amount, $378,010 (77%) was funded by this federal grant, while the $113,570 (23%) was funded by Goodwill of Delaware & Delaware County.
